Confirm dates and deposit
Approve the quote, sign the short rental agreement, and pay securely by card link. The deposit locks your week on the calendar.

Check-in details, gate codes and directions land in your inbox before the trip. Walk in, drop your bags, and the acre is yours.

Everything below is confirmed on your written quote before you pay. Nothing is charged that you have not already seen.
Pool and spa
The resort pool and spa are part of the home and ready throughout your stay.
Refundable damage deposit
A refundable security deposit is collected before arrival and released within a few days of checkout, once the home is checked.
Arizona TPT and taxes
Arizona transaction privilege tax and local lodging tax apply to every stay and are itemised on your quote.
Cleaning
A one-time professional cleaning fee is included in the all-in figure we send. No daily housekeeping charge.

- Check-in and check-out
- Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Early or late timing can sometimes be arranged around the cleaning schedule, just ask.
- How many guests
- The home comfortably sleeps 8 adults in real beds, plus room for children. Total headcount is agreed on the booking.
- Minimum stay
- Minimum nights vary by season, from 3 nights in summer up to 5 to 7 nights in high season and event weeks. Your quote confirms the minimum for your dates.
- Events and gatherings
- This is a residential estate in a quiet neighbourhood. Small family gatherings are welcome. Parties, weddings and large events are not permitted without prior written approval.
- Pets
- Well-behaved dogs are considered on a case-by-case basis with a pet fee. Please ask before you book so we can confirm for your dates.
- Smoking
- The home is strictly non-smoking indoors. Designated outdoor areas only.
- Cancellation
- Cancellation terms are set out in your rental agreement and depend on how far ahead you cancel. We will always walk you through them before you pay.
- Parking
- Gated driveway parking on site for several vehicles, plus the garage. Plenty of room for a group arriving in more than one car.
